Meetings.....Farewells

We began with the shake of our hands,
Just a normal courtesy that everyone does;
Exchanging names then becoming friends,
No one knew how long it would last.
We talked,we texted and we phoned each other,
From dawn to dusk, there's no stopping us;
Splitting up couldn't be any other harder,
As time goes by, say goodbye we must.
